EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
When working on letting go, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) can be effective. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also called Tapping, is a simple but effective method that can help release emotions and energies in the body. In the exercise, a small sequence of selected meridian points is lightly tapped. If we want to go deeper into the exercise, we can also put words to what we feel – maybe even see if we can reach the underlying causative emotion.
EFT is particularly effective for stronger emotional states when something feels overwhelming – such as anxiety, stress, or grief. The method can also be used as daily support. It is simple and can be used to create calm, release tension, and connect with what is present – without having to analyze or explain. Just be with what is. Identify it, accept it, and possibly also release it, if we are ready.
Below you will find an excerpt with the EFT exercise from my book "Årstidsdagbogen - Mine 5 Årstiders Energi" (The Seasonal Diary - My 5 Seasons of Energy), which you can find in the webshop HERE.

This exercise is from "Mine 5 Årstiders Energi - Årstidsdagbogen" (My 5 Seasons of Energy - The Seasonal Diary) which you can find in the webshop HERE.
You can also find EFT as an exercise in all my seasonal courses, as it is an important exercise for me to do again and again throughout the year. Often, when something works on a subtle level, we may not even notice how effective it is, and then we might forget how good the exercise is for us. So remember to rate on a scale of 1-10 whether anything has changed after you've done the exercise, so you can see the evidence for yourself, and feel free to revisit the exercise as often as you can. For me, it's a permanent part of my home remedies.
