How do I access my online courses?

Shortly after your purchase, you received a welcome email with information and a login link. You can also follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the website www.isabelleevita.dk on your phone, computer or tablet.
  2. Click on Log In (you will find Log In at the bottom or top as a small icon)
  3. Log in with the email address you provided when purchasing the course.
  4. You will then receive a code by email, which you must enter on the website to activate your course the first time you log in.
  5. Your computer, phone, or tablet will then remember your login, but if it forgets it again, simply follow the steps above.
  6. Once you are logged in, you can find all your purchased courses under the menu items "Orders" and "Courses".

You can then also access your course via the Isabelle Evita app, which can be downloaded via App Store or Google Play. It is important that you have activated your access via the website before logging into the app.

Can I access via the app?

Once you have activated your access via the website, you can also access all your courses via the Isabelle Evita app, which can be downloaded via App Store or Google Play.

Please note that you must first activate your access via the website before you can access them on the app.

What features does the new app offer?

  • Access your online courses whenever it suits you.
  • Notifications to keep you updated with new content.
  • Offline access – download material and learn on the go.

Can my access be extended?

Upon purchase, you selected either 90-day access or unlimited access to the course. For 90-day access, your access automatically opens upon purchase and automatically closes 90 days later. Therefore, we cannot extend your access as everything is automated. However, you have the option to purchase unlimited access at a reduced price by using the discount code at the end of the course.

How do I download my e-book?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Click the link and follow the instructions to download the file to your device.

  • If your device does not support the file format, you can contact us at: info@isabellevita.dk.

I haven't received my e-book – what do I do?

  1. Check your spam filter – the email may have ended up there.
  2. If you use Gmail, the email may be under the Promotions tab.
  3. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us so we can help you.

When will I receive my book?

Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days to the nearest parcel shop. If you have not received a message from DAO within this period, it may be due to:

  • The DAO email ending up in your spam filter.
  • A delay has occurred.

Can I get delivery to my home address?

Yes, you can choose whether you want home delivery or delivery to the nearest parcel shop with DAO in the webshop. You select this at the time of purchase.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs DKK 49 whether you choose home delivery or delivery to the nearest parcel shop/post office.

Damage & claims - What do I do if my book is damaged during transport?

  1. Take pictures of the damage and the packaging. We need the following pictures:
    1. 1-2 pictures of the package's exterior.
    2. 1 picture of the package opened.
    3. 1-2 pictures of the damaged book.
    4. 1 picture of the DAO label visible on the package.
  2. Send your pictures to info@isabelleevita.dk
  3. We will then contact you to arrange for a new book to be sent to you as soon as possible, and we will contact DAO ourselves.
  4. It is important that your claim is made no later than 3 working days after you have received the book.
