Energi er fremtiden

Energy is the future

Energy is everywhere – in humans, in plants, in animals, in trees, in nature, and in everything that surrounds us.

I believe that energy will be our most important resource in the future. Right now, time is one of our most limited and valuable resources. We sell our time for money – to pay bills, go on vacation, and live life. But if artificial intelligence and technological advancements free up more of our time, then perhaps time will no longer be the scarcest commodity. The question then becomes: do we have the energy to use the time we have available?

Energy is also a limited resource. We don't have endless access to it, and we can't measure it with a clock. While time is the same for everyone – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – energy is individual. Some people have a lot, others have less. But why is that? And what does it take for us to perhaps gain a little more energy, so we can make the most of our time?

Energy is subtle. So subtle that it can be difficult to feel it. To understand when it's there – and when we lose it. When it comes and goes. When it's affected by others. Or when we raise it to a higher vibration.

It's so subtle because we can't see energy. And that's why it's one of the most exciting things to work with. We are working on a plane beyond what we can see and understand. Beyond our sight. Beyond our science. But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Just because we can't measure, weigh, or prove it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

We can feel it. We can feel when we have energy – and when we don't. We can feel the difference in our own energy and how we feel at different times. We can feel when others affect us, if we are observant. We can feel how different exercises and energy methods can uplift us. But it's still hard to pinpoint. And that's why I want to give you some simple tools that I myself have encountered along the way in my own search to understand and work with energy. I do this in my consciousness of energy course, which starts on August 11th.

I love to demystify. To investigate something, understand it, simplify it – and convey it in a way that makes it accessible to more people. Not so exalted, not so convoluted, but something we can all use in practice. That's what makes sense to me: that what I experience and learn can become something I can share with others. When I collect and communicate, it becomes meaningful. Then it's not just my journey – but part of something bigger.

My goal is not to prove anything. What I share is based on experience, insight, and perspective. I don't try to explain everything – but to open up for reflection and invite you to feel within.

Perhaps, like me, you are curious about questions such as:

• What energy do I bring?

• What am I made of energetically?

• What gives me energy, and what drains me? And how do I become aware of it?

• How does my energy feel, and how do I feel myself?

• How do I listen to my heart and intuition?

• How can I create more energy and vitality in my own life?

• Why am I affected by other people's energy?

• How can I work more consciously with the energy within me, around me, and between people?

• Why do different places feel different energetically, and how can I create better energy in my surroundings?

• What is my life purpose, what potential do I have, and what energy do I bring?

I want to keep it simple. Not because energy is simple, but because simplicity gives us clarity and makes it easier to choose what serves us – and what doesn't. It also helps us decide what we want to explore more deeply. The exercises and methods I share require no prior knowledge. You don't need to know a lot – you just need to be curious and open.

If you would like to explore energy more deeply and begin working with it more consciously in your own life, my course Consciousness of Energy begins on August 11th.

You can read more about the course in my webshop.
