I've been snowed in on Langeland for the past few months – and I've actually enjoyed every minute of it. Winter's energy is introverted and calm, and I thrive in the silence and contemplation. It's often during this time that creative processes are allowed to unfold.
I've been creative with my watercolors and graphic tools, working to consolidate the content from my book The Energy of the 5 Seasons into a visual overview of the 5 elements and the energies of the seasons.
This has resulted in a brand new poster that I've wanted to create for a long time. A poster for The Energy of the 5 Seasons, providing an overview of:
- The element for the season
- The organ pair
- Body tissue and sense organ connected to the element
- Emotions associated with the element and season
- Taste, color, and foods that support the season
- Body areas recommended for focus
- Seasonal themes
- Seasonal movement
It is intended as a visual tool to help you gain an overview, making it easier to work consciously with energies throughout the year – emotionally, mentally, and physically.
The poster is designed to complement the Organ Clock poster I launched in January. The two posters can therefore hang together and complement each other well. While one shows the energies throughout the year, the other shows the energies throughout the day.
