Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

- When you purchase a digital product, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, but unsubscribing during your course will terminate your course. It is therefore recommended to wait until you have completed your course.

- Isabelle Søndergaard stores and processes your personal information securely via the systems of WIX, Shopify, Stripe, Shopify Payment, Mobilepay, and Frisbii in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Purchase of Physical Products (Books)

- Delivery: Physical books are sent with DAO either as home delivery to the address you specify at the time of order or to the nearest parcel shop. You can choose between the options at checkout. Delivery time and costs will be specified during the purchase process. Delivery time to Denmark is 3-5 business days and to Norway 5-10 business days.

- Right of Return: You have the right to return physical books within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unused and unopened condition. Return costs are at the customer's expense.

- Refund: After receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued if the item meets the return conditions.

3. Purchase of Digital Products (E-books and online courses)

- Upon purchase of e-books, you will receive a download link via e-mail.

- Access to digital content is for a specific period, as stated in the product description.

 

4. Rights

- All content on Isabelle Evita Søndergaard's website, including digital products, is protected by copyright and may not be redistributed or used commercially without prior permission.

 

5. Access and Activation

- When purchasing digital products, such as online courses, you must create a login on the website www.isabellesondergaard.dk – you will receive instructions sent to your email after the purchase. If you do not receive an email with information, please check your spam filter or contact us.

- You have access to the material for the specified period which you can see in the product description. After the expiration of this period, access will automatically be deactivated.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

- For the purchase of digital e-books, the right of withdrawal lapses, as the product is considered delivered when you receive the download link.

- For the purchase of digital products such as online courses, the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses the moment your course begins.

 

7. Responsibility and Health

- All physical activity is at your own risk. You should ensure that you are medically fit to participate.

 

8. Payment Terms

- Payments for subscriptions or ongoing memberships are automatically debited from your account in accordance with the agreed terms. Non-payment may result in a suspension of services and membership.

 

9. Changes and Termination

- Isabelle Evita Søndergaard reserves the right to change product prices.

- Isabelle Evita Søndergaard reserves the right to change terms and prices for memberships with 30 days' notice.

- Memberships can be terminated at any time under your profile or via e-mail but are not refunded for already paid periods.
