According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy moves around the body in an energy circuit. Energy circulates from organ to organ and is highest in the different organs at specific times of the day.
The organ clock shows the movement of energy around the body over 24 hours and can be used as a visual tool to understand the body's needs and energy throughout the day.
The poster can be used as daily support for observation and understanding of the body's energies and is also beautiful to hang on the wall.

Thank you so much for a wonderful winter course. Even though I have been practicing yoga for 20 years, I have been deeply inspired. The combination of yoga and acupressure is truly unique and brilliant. I am taking so many good things with me that will be integrated into my daily routine. A particularly positive and tangible effect of the course is the peace of mind to sleep through the night. As a 60-year-old, I have had to get up in the middle of the night to urinate for several years now. I accepted it as a natural part of aging. But I have become wiser. The acupressure program has worked wonders, and now I can sleep through the night. My shoulders have also stopped bothering me at night. I am very hypermobile, and I was told that shoulders just sag with age, despite a very healthy lifestyle, both dietarily and emotionally. But here too, I have become wiser. I have participated in several of Isabelle’s online courses. I have enjoyed following them, as Isabelle has a great way of conveying her vast knowledge. It has been easy to get into the poses through her guidance, based on my level, even though it takes place online. Isabelle also includes theory, and through this, I have gained a greater understanding of the effects of the poses on the body. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to participate in your 8-week foot-yoga course. Both my husband and I enjoy it immensely, both during and after. We really get into all the sore spots, and the effect is noticeable afterwards. As in your other courses, you are excellent at explaining which parts of the body the different points on and under the feet are connected to. You easily and naturally explain the theory during the exercises, and also offer alternative suggestions for performing the exercises. The individual exercises vary from 3 minutes to 60 minutes. So you can easily fit them in when you have time. I love the foot/finger exercise, where you intertwine fingers and toes, and spread your toes. After a few times, I can clearly feel a difference. The final balance exercise is also something we will definitely continue to practice. We give our very best recommendations.
